Yo Guys,

first of all, i apologize for not being really active anymore (but i'm not the only one in our section )

Second, server is getting empty again. So maybe we have to change the rotation again, i think the voting isn't working anymore. Often the choices are strange imho.

So please give me your thoughts!

Owh? Voting works fine imo 0,0 Well, Promod War event and stuff kept most of us on CoD4, but we will bump up the server again .

Voting is not working out well. It's great when there are 4 or 5 people, but as soon as there are 10 or more - people start leaving. Also I just cant play when people vote Toujane 3 or 4 times in a row followed by Carentan 2 or 3 times. Half the people stay and the other half leaves. Sadly we cant mix voting and fixed rotation.

And finally, its rough in my rl nowadays do I dont have much time, sorry for that.

I literally asked people to join JFF but no one is interested, and the ones who ask, just plan on wearing the tag and come by every once in a while

So yeah, no clue what to do next

I honestly stopped coming when all people did was request Toujane non stop. Voting let people abuse it too much :/
Plus been busy on cod4. I will try to help, but not now, maybe a month from now?

I think it was the best when we ran some spectators, had a few active members, and zeroed in on that good rotation.

But in the end, all we need is active members. Dont know how to get those :/. Talk with some cod2 only small clans to join us? Allow some extra privileges for other clans? I remember server would suddenly get very lively if some a couple members from same clan would come in to play.

Also, i think refusing those Corzos dudes was a mistake.

to be honest I thought that rotation was never a problem in the first place, its simply that cod2 on our server practicly died, people just stopped playing it, and those who are playing it are just simply playing on those standard very popular servers that probably grew up on them, the reason why our server in cod2 stopped being popular is unknown even tho I am connecting it with "dissapereance" of Madara and R4yleigh so after they left everything went wrong, and there is no way to fix it

Fobus i tried staying in spec all the time but Warn and me think that GT starts viewing you as a bot because we always fall in ratings.

Ghost, a lot of people i talked to hated Madara for whatever reason xd

yeah some of them hated him because he was pretty strict, but trust me I am in JFF for way too long, and I know how it was before and how it is now, I am 100% sure we lost players after they left JFF, still don't know reason but its simply like that, weird but what can I tell you

Tournaments, war nights, people from other sections are all fun and cool, but it won't help us establish a bigger fan base as all these things come to an end.

We need more active members that are, as it seems, impossible to find :/

Just let it die. All of you get nostalgic, want to play, make tryhard forum posts, go play for an hour and than you're filled with CoD2 warmth, but in general you won't come back until you're feeling nostalgic again, in 2 weeks.

CoD2 is pretty much dead except those few popular servers that won't ever die. It got replaced by CoD4 and that's just the way it is. Embrace that and kill the server. Or use it for some member/random players tournaments once in a while.

Sorry, im not too active last year due to lots of troubles in RL and at work .... and this fuc..ng sityation in my country .. nwm. This section can come alive only if we got active members in cod2 section, but noone apply here cuz people come and leave, we just like cant get critical mass of players to be on server 24/7. We can try to advertise a lil like to pay for one month on Gametracker for a JFF banner on top or something like that. But I can help you beeng on server right now. I have to clear all stuff in RL. Dont want to leave from this community, but cant be more active ;(

Well, then it's good that CodUO server won't ever die Or codWaw.
But reality is cod2 is still more popular than cod5. At one point thought we might really revive it. If you check my reports, you'll see that i almost stopped cod4 to help cod2 for 2 months.

Yes, and it is still dead m8. You can revive it for the time you or some other member is on, not to mention actual CoD2 members don't play more than you or some other CoD4 players.
And our WaW server is full most of the time with rare visit from JFF members. See the difference.
Although I don't know about CoD UO, I highly doubt there's more than 10 people in the ''prime'' time.

Oh, yeah, I forgot that fact, when there was some activity lately in CoD2, were there more than 10 people for like an hour? If not, you should really give up...

the top 100. Just to show cod2 isn't dead. And yes, when we reached the 103th place in GT 2 months ago, we had 14-20 players for more then a half an hour. So it can be done, but not without members. simple.
